This assignment offers the opportunity to engage in complex care for patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery, neuro/neurosurgery, or battling severe conditions like cardiogenic shock or post-ventricular assist device placement. As a critical care nurse here, you'll be part of a team that handles everything from open heart recovery to ECMO support, all while navigating a busy, tightly coordinated environment.
