Job Description:

This critical care nursing assignment in Prescott, AZ, offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced ICU environment during 12-hour night shifts. You'll be providing advanced patient monitoring and managing complex cases such as post-surgical patients, those with ARDS, sepsis, or requiring ventilator management, including troubleshooting and weaning and interpreting ABGs. Experience with advanced equipment like Swan-Ganz catheters, chest tubes, and VAD devices is highly valued. This role is perfect for nurses who thrive in a diverse setting and enjoy applying their skills across multiple ICU specialties, including cardiac, neuro, and COVID-19 cases. Expect to work alongside experienced intensivists and RTs, with some responsibilities for titrating critical drips such as pressors, sedation, and anti-arrhythmics.
