Job Description:

Join a fast-paced hospital team as a critical care nurse in Albany, GA, handling high-acuity patients with a focus on medical, cardiac, and emergency department care. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, engaging in primary care nursing duties such as monitoring complex cases like CHF, COPD, GI bleed, renal failure, dialysis, post-surgical complications, and wound care. This assignment offers a chance to be part of a larger, high-turnover organization where patient safety and quality of care are top priorities. You’ll need at least two years of AC MS experience, and you'll only take patient assignments as needed, with an emphasis on patient safety and satisfaction. Experience handling high-acuity cases in a busy, fast-paced setting is a must. Be prepared for a strict attendance policy, a nurse-only patient ratio of 1:6, and the requirement to wear colorful scrubs—either Caribbean Blue tops and bottoms or all white.
