Job Description:

This travel RN position on the Neuro MedSurg Acute unit offers a chance to work with a specialized team caring for patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, spine surgery, seizures, brain tumors, and head injuries. You will be providing high-level nursing support during 12-hour night shifts, including managing titratable drips like Heparin based on PTT levels and troubleshooting high-flow ventilator equipment when necessary. The role involves collaborating closely with a dedicated charge nurse and house supervisor, with support from patient care technicians. With a focus on neuroscience patients and trauma experience, this assignment presents a stimulating environment for experienced neuro RNs looking to apply their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Expect to be part of a team that values expertise in telemetry, neuro assessments, and critical care procedures, all while contributing to patient recovery during overnight hours.
