Job Description:

Join a compassionate team operating within a multidisciplinary setting to deliver specialized patient care at an ambulatory clinic. This role involves supporting adult hematology/oncology and medical day care populations through activities like placement and maintenance of PIV and central venous access devices, administering chemotherapy and biotherapies, and providing IV supportive care including therapeutic phlebotomies and blood products. You'll be actively involved in ongoing patient and family education, ensuring continuity of treatment from laboratory draws to symptom management. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of RN experience, strong assessment skills, and proficiency in peripheral IV and central line care. Epic experience is required, and previous travel experience is highly preferred. This position offers an engaging opportunity to make a difference in a fast-paced outpatient setting, with cross-campus coverage at Beverly Hospital and Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester. Be prepared to pass clinical testing during onboarding to ensure your success in this specialized role.
