Job Description:

Join a Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum unit as a Registered Nurse and experience the unique rhythm of night shifts in Melbourne, Florida. You'll be working in a setting that emphasizes post-partum recovery and family bonding, with a patient ratio of 1:4. The role requires EPIC and postpartum experience, and you'll be floating within your scope across four hospitals to meet the facility's needs. Prepare to navigate electronic documentation proficiently and provide compassionate, attentive care to new mothers and their babies during your night shifts, which run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
