Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple departments within Albuquerque, NM, with flexibility and variety. The role involves floating between departments and local locations within a 20-mile radius, providing a chance to diversify your experience. During 10-hour shifts, you'll deliver direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient needs and responses. The position emphasizes collaborative care, coordinating with families and healthcare teams, and adhering to protocols to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered services. You will also oversee the clinical supervision of LPNs and assistive personnel, contributing to team excellence in a dynamic setting that values adaptability and hands-on contributions.
