Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment involves floating between departments and local locations within a 20-mile radius, providing great variety and flexibility. You'll utilize your nursing skills to deliver direct patient care during 10-hour shifts, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans tailored to each patient. The role emphasizes collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe, timely, and patient-centered outcomes. You'll also supervise LPNs and assistive personnel, making this a leadership opportunity in addition to hands-on nursing responsibilities.
