Job Description:

Join this acute care hospital as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), where you will be integral in helping patients regain their independence after surgeries such as CVA, CABG, and orthopedic procedures. The role involves providing therapy in a fast-paced, Level 3 Trauma Center setting, primarily during daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 or 5:30 PM. Your expertise will be crucial in managing patients with respiratory failure, COPD, non-healing wounds, and amputations. This assignment offers a chance to experience a variety of challenging cases while working with a multidisciplinary team, all in a facility that values your skills and commitment.
