Job Description:

This MRI technologist role offers the chance to work in a Level II Trauma Center with a focus on radiology and cardiology imaging. You'll be responsible for operating MRI equipment, primarily Siemens and Phillips systems, with a special emphasis on IV start and contrast procedures. The position involves night shifts of 10 hours, from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, four days a week, giving you a consistent schedule that allows for a good work-life balance. Also, there's a unique opportunity to be part of a teaching hospital setting that values technical expertise and precision. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for scans, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards. The assignment's duration is 13 weeks, and while first-timers are welcome, you should have at least one year of relevant experience and valid certifications such as BLS, ARRT, and MRI. This role offers the chance to refine your skills in a busy, inpatient environment and work with a diverse patient population.
