Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical - Neuro RN and experience a unique opportunity to work on a specialized Neurosurgery and Stroke unit in Winston-Salem. This role involves managing patients with complex neurological diagnoses, including epilepsy, hematomas, and post-surgical recoveries. Your responsibility will include starting IVs, monitoring telemetry, and interpreting dysrhythmias to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The unit features a dedicated Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), where nurses may receive specialized training, adding an engaging learning component. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with a 36-hour weekly commitment, providing a well-balanced schedule for exploring the vibrant city during your off days.
