Job Description:

Join the team as a Cardiac Telemetry/Step Down RN at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, where each shift offers an opportunity to hone your skills in a fast-paced cardiac unit. You will be responsible for managing patients recovering from procedures such as CABG, valve surgeries, and ablations, with a focus on arrhythmias, CHF, and post-procedure care. This role requires fluency in EPIC charting and experience with medications like Amiodarone and Nitro Drips—think of it as a rhythm in your professional growth. Expect to float across inpatient units as needed and handle high patient turnover in a 44-bed unit. The nights are busy, but the reward is a fulfilling experience in a setting that values resilience, independence, and dedication to cardiac care. Job Specifics:

Location: Wausau, WI
Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, with up to 48 hours including potential OT and float requirements
Expected Gross Weekly Pay: approximately $2,057.22
