Job Description:

Join us for an engaging NICU nursing contract in Urbana, Illinois, where you'll take on a pivotal role caring for neonatal patients in a Level 3 or higher environment. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing critical care to fragile newborns and supporting new mothers in breastfeeding initiation. Your day-to-day will involve performing comprehensive assessments at admission, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring safety protocols are followed meticulously. You'll coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, offer educational support to families, and keep detailed documentation—all while working in a setting that values your specialized NICU experience and trauma certification.
