Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist in a Level 1 trauma center located in the heart of Boston. This contract opportunity involves 12-hour night shifts, working every other weekend, with two call shifts and holiday commitments built into the schedule. You will be responsible for managing advanced ventilator care in adult critical care and emergency department settings, demonstrating expertise with sophisticated vent management techniques such as esophageal balloons, PV loops, driving pressure assessment, and optimal PEEP adjustments. The role offers the chance to work with a variety of ventilators including Hamilton G5, C6, T1, MR1, Phillips EV300, and INO vent, all within a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in trauma, neuro, cardiac, medical, or surgical ICUs, with current Respiratory Therapist license and registration, BLS certification, and availability for on-call shifts. This assignment promises both professional challenge and the chance to hone your skills in a renowned teaching hospital setting.
