Job Description:

Join this seamlessly run OR Tech / Surgical Tech position at a Level 4 trauma center located in a charming rural hospital setting in Kerrville, Texas. You will be supporting Surgical Services during daytime hours, with shifts running from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and will be expected to sign up for some late shifts and call shifts. The role involves assisting with a wide variety of surgical procedures, excluding heart and spine cases, ensuring smooth operations within the surgical environment. Expect to work at least one weekend per month, one weeknight per week, and be available for holiday coverage if needed. With at least two years of experience, you’ll be the reliable team member helping keep the OR running efficiently and safely amidst a welcoming community. This assignment offers a well-rounded experience in a rural hospital with comprehensive surgical support duties, all while enjoying a quieter Texas backdrop.
