Job Description:

Join our team on the Davenport 8 Medical Telemetry Unit in Salem, MA, for a 13-week travel assignment that puts your cardiac care expertise to the test. You'll be working 36 hours weekly across variable shifts—day, evening, or night—often rotating to ensure comprehensive coverage. This role calls for reading and interpreting Tele Strips with confidence, managing patients on a variety of IV drips like Cardizem and Heparin, and supporting those recovering from cardiac procedures. With a primary focus on patients with conditions such as CHF, Atrial Fibrillation, and Pulmonary Embolism, your skill in monitoring cardiac rhythms and providing top-tier nursing care will be crucial. Expect to handle a team of patients, typically 4 per nurse, in a setting where your swift assessment and detailed charting directly impact patient outcomes.
