Job Description:

Join a fast-paced, 37-bed Med/Surg/Tele complex care unit on the vibrant West 7. This night shift opportunity offers 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. As part of this role, you’ll work closely with a dedicated team, often floating to other units as needed, and may take on charge responsibilities. Previous experience in acute med-surg or tele units is essential, and familiarity with EPIC charting will help you hit the ground running. Highland provides on-site training if needed. The contract duration is 16 weeks, and candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. This assignment offers a chance to experience a busy, exciting hospital environment while making a real impact on patient outcomes.
