Job Description:

This ultrasound technologist role offers a hands-on opportunity in a Level II Trauma Center, performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on vascular and abdominal imaging, as well as small parts, reflux, and doppler studies. The schedule follows 8-hour evening shifts from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, with weekend on-call duties approximately every 4 to 6 weeks, including some holidays. Solo work on weekends adds a layer of independence to the role, while weekday shifts are team-supported. Expect to work with advanced equipment such as GE Logiq 7, Logiq 10, Siemens, and Parks Flo-Lab, within a facility that features a Level III NICU and Maternity services. Ideal candidates will bring at least 2 years of experience and hold certifications in ARMDS and BLS. This position emphasizes technical proficiency, precise imaging, and the ability to operate efficiently both independently and as part of a team. A focus on patient safety and safety protocols is essential, especially during on-call weekends and holidays.
