Job Description:

Join our team at Deaconess Midtown Medical Care Center as a Surgical Medical Care RN on a 13-week contract. This position offers daytime 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, providing an engaging role focused on post-surgical patients including whipples, vascular procedures, heart caths, bariatric surgeries, and more. You’ll manage a variety of duties such as IV insertions, chest tube management, wound care, and patient assessments, all within a collaborative, supportive environment. The role involves floating to nearby campuses as needed, ensuring flexibility and a comprehensive hospital experience. This assignment is a unique opportunity to work in a lively hospital setting with skilled colleagues, while making a real impact in patient recovery.
