Job Description:

Join our team as a Neuro Surgical MS RN on a 13-week night contract at Deaconess Gateway. This role offers the chance to work with neuro and neuro-surgical patients, including CVAs, post-op cranial cases, and cerebral angiograms. You'll be on a 12-hour night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, providing skilled assessments such as NIHSS and dysphagia screens, managing IV medications, and performing critical neuro assessments. The assignment is unique for its high-caliber team, supportive leadership, and opportunities for cross-campus floating within the Deaconess system. Expect to engage in a variety of complex patient care activities that require strong critical thinking skills and autonomy, all within a setting that values resilience and adaptability.

Location: Newburgh, Indiana
Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week guaranteed, with options for 48 hours upon request
Weekly Gross Pay: $1,875.10
