Job Description:

Join a reputable healthcare team as a CVICU Registered Nurse on a 12-hour night contract in Columbia, Missouri. In this role, you will provide care for patients in an 18-bed Cardiovascular ICU, handling cases with high acuity using specialized equipment. The assignment offers flexible block scheduling options, including 6 days on with 8 days off or working every weekend from Friday to Sunday, with a commitment to work at least 50% of holidays. Floating between ICU clusters and MS & Tele units is required, and prior experience with ICU or Level 1 CTICU is necessary. This position involves physically active duties, including ambulation, reaching, and moving objects over 20 lbs, and interactions with contagious illness. Expect to work rotating shifts, including holidays and inclement weather, in a facility that operates 24/7. ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required, and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
