Job Description:

This registered nurse role specializes in medical-surgical and telemetry units, where you'll be the key player during 12-hour night shifts. You'll be responsible for monitoring patients using telemetry systems, starting IVs, and utilizing EPIC electronic health records to document care. The assignment offers a lively schedule with self-scheduling options, and you'll need to be comfortable floating as needed to support different areas of the unit. Expect to work 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract, with a focus on patients diagnosed with various medical conditions, excluding cardiac telemetry patients. Your expertise with EPIC, BCLS, IV starts, and telemetry will help keep the unit running smoothly. Please note, RTO is not permitted after booking, and all candidates must pass EKG testing prior to start. This role provides a chance to experience a fast-paced environment where precision and adaptability are essential, all while enjoying the unique rhythm of night shift work.
