Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on the Observation Unit, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a 36-bed surgical, telemetry, and progressive care setting. This role involves caring for adult patients pre- and post-transplant, including liver, kidney, pancreas, and intestinal transplants, with adolescents starting at age 15. Expect to float frequently within the scope of your skills to meet staffing needs, including potential assignments at other campus units such as 4CS, 5 West, or Neuro. Prepare to use your EPIC charting skills, manage drips, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes care techs, transport, and paramedics. This assignment is ideal for experienced RNs ready to take on a fast-paced environment with a focus on complex transplant cases in a 100% nicotine-free facility with morning and night shifts.
