Job Description:

This MS/Tele Registered Nurse role is a 13-week contract operating on 12-hour night shifts, where you’ll be providing specialized care on a bustling 20-bed general medical-surgical and telemetry unit. You’ll work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries like total knee and hip replacements, while also managing pulmonary issues, sepsis, GI, endocrine, cardiac, renal, and psychiatric illnesses. Your ability to float within the scope of multiple units and your experience with EPIC charting are essential. Be prepared to handle behavioral health patients in a secured, well-trained setting that emphasizes safety, as frequent float shifts may land you on diverse hospital floors, including neuro, trauma, and specialized units. Occasional drips, a busy but rewarding environment, and a team including care techs and transport staff await you. Job Specifics:

Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Shift: Night, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
