Job Description:

This travel nursing position places you on the night shift in a MedSurg/Tele unit situated in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Registered Nurse, you will focus on a variety of patients, including those with diagnoses such as sepsis, heart failure, pneumonia, and sickle cell crisis, alongside surgical cases like orthopedic joints and pancreatitis. The role involves interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing non-titrating cardiac drips, and performing wound care and IV starts. Expect to work with a dedicated support team, including phlebotomists, clinical nurse specialists, and a hospitalist, within a welcoming environment where teamwork is valued. The unit's culture promotes helpfulness, and your responsibilities will include floating to other regional facilities as needed, within the scope of practice.
