Job Description:

Join a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation team in Madison, Wisconsin, where you'll provide quality care for adults recovering from serious injuries and conditions such as strokes, spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic cases. Your role involves assisting with standardized nursing tasks on a 12-hour day shift, helping stabilize patients and supporting CNA duties when necessary. This contract offers a stable 13-week commitment with the chance to earn a $2,500 completion bonus, provided attendance remains impeccable. You'll work within a 50-bed facility that functions strongly like a medical-surgical environment, with high-acuity patients referred from a Trauma Center, demanding attentive and hands-on nursing care delivered via EPIC electronic health records. Experience in inpatient rehab or Med Surg is essential, with a focus on patient stabilization and safety, making this an excellent opportunity for nurses eager to make a tangible difference in patient recoveries.
