Job Description:

Join UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital as an LPN in inpatient rehab, where you'll be part of a team helping adults recover from serious injuries and conditions affecting movement and function. In this role, you'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing essential support alongside C.N.As, assisting with patient stabilization, and addressing high-acuity needs typical of a medical-surgical environment. Experience in Med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation is preferred, and you'll be expected to complete a full 13-week contract with a potential $2,500 completion bonus, contingent on excellent attendance. This assignment offers a unique chance to work in a specialized rehabilitation setting that caters to patients referred from trauma and complex orthopedic cases, with a focus on helping individuals regain independence and return home.
