This role involves working 12-hour variable shifts, with start times ranging from 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6AM. You will be covering a 36-hour week, with some on-call responsibilities during low census periods—meaning you might find yourself on call during quiet times, earning additional pay. If called back, you’ll receive callback pay, with a minimum of two hours.
