Job Description:

Join a neonatology team that keeps busy with delivery attendances and neonatal transfers. In this NICU RN role, you'll be immersed in caring for fragile newborns, assisting with deliveries, managing ventilators and central lines, and providing essential interventions like IV placement and medication administration. Expect to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialists—while guiding parents through newborn transitions and breastfeeding support. The work combines clinical expertise with a touch of compassion, making each day both rewarding and impactful.
