Job Description:

Join our team at a prominent Magnet & Teaching hospital in St. Louis for a 16-week Medical Surgical RN contract. This role places you on a busy GI/GU unit specializing in ostomy, colon resection, and cancer care, with high patient turnover and a variety of complex procedures. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, providing excellent patient care and demonstrating strong documentation skills. The role requires proficiency in IV insertions, phlebotomy, and remote telemetry monitoring. Every other weekend commitment ensures a balanced schedule, giving you time to explore the vibrant city beyond your shift. This assignment is a great fit for experienced med-surg nurses eager to take on a fast-paced environment and showcase their bedside skills in a level I trauma and teaching hospital setting.
