Job Description:

Join a dedicated step-down unit at a renowned Cleveland Clinic main campus in Cleveland, Ohio, for a travel nursing opportunity that combines professionalism with a hint of adventure. This role involves caring for a specific patient population in a fast-paced setting, where you'll operate mainly on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule—sometimes day, sometimes night, offering variety and work-life balance. You'll be expected to bring at least 18 months of recent step-down experience, ideally with some familiarity in PCU/Progressive Care, to ensure smooth patient transitions. With your Ohio or compact state license in hand, along with active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, you'll step into a role that values your expertise and commitment. The hospital may require you to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED—keeping your skills sharp and your days interesting. Be ready to work at least every other holiday and demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation.
