Job Description:

Join a reputable Medical Surgical unit as a Registered Nurse in Kerrville, Texas, where you'll work in a recently renovated facility with a collaborative and friendly team. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate patient care in a setting that values kindness and teamwork. Your responsibilities will include managing a patient load with ratios of 1:5 during the day and floating to various units such as 2W, CDU, and ARU as needed. The shift comprises 12-hour days from 06:30 to 19:00, giving you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the local scenery and leisure options outside of work. This assignment is suitable for those with a minimum of 2 years of Med/surg and short stay experience, and telemetry experience is preferred. First-time travelers are welcome based on experience, and required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
