Job Description:

Join this exciting travel ER RN contract where you'll be pivotal in delivering high-quality emergency care during night shifts. Operating from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m., you'll work in a busy emergency department with a 29-bed unit plus hallways, managing a patient ratio of 1:4. Your responsibilities will include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions, all while demonstrating critical thinking and leadership in a fast-paced setting. This role offers a chance to utilize Cerner EMR, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure patient safety through your expertise and attention to detail.
