Job Description:

Join a dedicated medical-surgical team in Louisville for a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour day shifts. As a MedSurg RN, you'll provide care for mostly elderly patients with conditions such as CHF, pneumonia, COVID, and stroke, managing patient loads of about 5 to 6. Expect to perform IV starts, wound care, dressing changes, and manage various drips, all while working alongside a skilled support team including CNAs, HUCs, and providers. This role offers a chance to experience a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise in patient stabilization and recovery will be essential. The unique setting combines modern technology like Cerner EMR, Plum 360 pumps, and Phillips monitors, with a team that supports both your growth and the hospital’s high standards.
