Job Description:

Join a team caring for neuro and high-risk respiratory patients on an intermediate care neuroscience unit with a unique focus on bridging neuro care and respiratory support. This 36-bed unit often operates in a team nursing model, pairing RNs, LPNs, and PCTs to share responsibilities and optimize patient outcomes. Expect to work in a setting where ventilator management, high-flow heated cannulae, and BiPAP are part of the daily routine. You’ll be responsible for managing a mix of neuro and respiratory patients, with targeted patient ratios of approximately 1:4 to 6, and may be floated across nearby campuses to support the nursing team during high demand or COVID surges. This contract offers a chance to develop specialized skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a consistent schedule of 12-hour days.
