Job Description:

Join a specialized Neuro ICU team in Winston-Salem for a 13-week travel contract that offers 12-hour night shifts. This position demands hands-on experience with neurological critical care, including ICP and seizure management, ventilator oversight, and invasive device titration. As a nurse here, you'll operate within a 28-bed unit that handles complex neurological cases, often managing stroke and surgical patients. You'll collaborate with a team proficient in advanced monitoring systems and invasive procedures, providing attentive care in a fast-paced environment where precise execution is crucial. The opportunity to float to other ICU units adds variety, and you'll be expected to work every other weekend.
