Job Description:

Join our team as a MedSurg/Telemetry RN at a respected academic medical center nestled in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This contract offers a chance to work on a 24-bed MedSurg unit handling diverse patient diagnoses such as diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, respiratory conditions, renal concerns, and wound care, including dressing changes, chest tubes, and tracheostomies. You'll be monitoring telemetry, managing IV medications like Amiodarone, Fentanyl PCA, and Heparin, and coordinating care with a dedicated support team. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, providing a comprehensive hospital experience with a team focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
