Job Description:

Join a prestigious academic medical center in Winston-Salem as a RN on MedSurg/Telemetry units for an engaging contract. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, where you'll provide both direct and indirect patient care to a diverse array of medical-surgical cases, including diabetes management, gastrointestinal issues, respiratory and renal concerns, wound care, chest tubes, and tracheostomies. You'll manage telemetry strips, administer medications via PCA pumps, and utilize equipment like IV pumps and Med dispensing systems. The unit fosters a patient-centered culture with a focus on teamwork and reliability. With the opportunity to work with a variety of patient diagnoses in a fast-paced environment, this assignment allows you to hone your skills in a supportive and technologically advanced setting.
