Job Description:

Join a busy surgical team on a hospital campus that handles a wide variety of complex procedures, including organ transplants, neuro, and general surgeries. As a scrub or circulate surgical technologist, you'll be an essential part of operating room workflows during high-stakes cases such as kidney and liver transplants, neurosurgery, and trauma. The role offers a mix of scheduled day shifts, with up to two weekends per month working either on-call or shifts, ensuring you'll experience the thrill of both routine and emergency surgeries. Expect to work primarily at the West Main campus, with occasional floats to other OR locations, in a fast-paced environment that values your technical expertise and adaptability.

Location: Boston, MA
Shift: 10-hour days, primarily 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Duration: 13 weeks, approximately 40 hours per week
