Job Description:

Join Enloe Rehabilitation Center as a licensed mental health social worker specializing in inpatient rehab and acute rehab settings. In this role, you will provide essential psychosocial support to geriatric and adult patients with diagnoses such as CVA, TBI, fx, and cardiac conditions. Your day shifts will involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, facilitate patient and family education, and ensure smooth transitions through the recovery process. Experience in inpatient or acute rehab environments will help you thrive, while your friendly and flexible personality will be an asset in this collaborative setting.
