Job Description:
Join this fast-paced Emergency Room team as a travel RN responsible for stabilizing and shipping critical patients in a Level 4 Trauma and stroke-certified facility. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts, providing bedside triage and managing patients with diagnoses ranging from trauma and chest pain to abdominal issues and pediatrics. Your skills will be essential in a setting where rapid assessment, administering life-sustaining drips, and coordinating with air care are daily routines. This role offers a unique chance to gain experience in a multi-bed ER adjacent to Medical/Surgical units, where you'll be integral to a team that handles approximately 5-8 patients daily under census-dependent ratios. No ICU in-house means you'll often be the primary responder for critical stabilization and transfer, working alongside dedicated physicians and a stable RN team dedicated to high-quality critical care delivery. If you thrive in a setting that challenges your adaptability and clinical skills, this opportunity might be your next rewarding adventure.
