Job Description:

Join our team as a Rehab Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in the vibrant city of New Orleans. This role is perfect for experienced RNs with at least two years of rehab experience, including stroke, spinal cord, brain injury, and general rehab. You will work during night shifts, providing essential care in a fast-paced rehab setting. The schedule is a consistent 3 nights per week, with each shift lasting 12 hours from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Be prepared to work with a patient ratio of 1:5 and to support weekend rotations and float coverage as needed. This assignment offers a chance to experience the unique culture of New Orleans while applying your specialized skills in a rewarding environment. Epic experience is required, and BLS certification is a must. This role combines professional growth with a chance to immerse yourself in the rich local flavor – no patient care activities outside your scope of practice, just hands-on rehab nursing work.
