Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a step down registered nurse in a bustling acute care hospital located in St. Louis. This night shift position involves working in a unit responsible for intermediate care, with patient ratios of 1:4. You will manage patients requiring vigilant monitoring of ventilators, titration of pressors and insulin drips, and care for tracheostomy vents, art lines, external pacemakers, and chest tubes. With a focus on bedside skill and quick decision-making, you'll experience a role that demands hands-on expertise with critical interventions. First-timers with relevant experience are welcome, offering an excellent opportunity to advance your bedside skills in a supportive environment.
