Job Description:

Join a critical care team in Fargo for an engaging travel contract where you'll work in a 250+ bed Level 1 trauma hospital. This role involves managing 1-3 critically ill patients across various units, including neuro, cardiac, trauma, medical, and surgical patients. Your expertise titrating vasopressor drips and performing bedside procedures like RSI, EVD placement, and line insertions will be key. Expect to utilize equipment such as EPIC EMR, Aleris IV pumps, IABP, and Phillips monitoring systems. This assignment offers a mix of days and nights, with every other weekend and holiday off, providing a balanced yet challenging experience. The facility emphasizes comprehensive orientation: 32 hours over the first week, including hospital and unit-specific training, to ensure you're well-prepared for the diverse patient population and high-acuity environment.
