Job Description:

Join a specialized neonatal intensive care team at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock. This role involves providing advanced care for micro-premies, VLBW infants, and newborns with complex conditions such as spina bifida, diaphragmatic hernia, NEC perforation, and other critical diagnoses. As a travel nurse, you'll work 12-hour night shifts in a unit equipped with state-of-the-art technology including GE ventilators, ECMO, Nitric Oxide, and HFOV. Expect to float within the ICU cluster (NICU, PICU, Burn ICU) as needed, with a focus on delivering expert care in a fast-paced setting. This assignment offers approximately 36 hours per week over a 13-week duration, with every other weekend and holiday requirements. Experience in Level IV NICUs and proficiency with EPIC EMR are essential, along with prior travel experience and active AR or Compact licenses. Enjoy a collaborative environment with advanced practice staff, PCT support, and a family-centered approach that includes parent room-in and family support activities. Prepare for a fulfilling experience working with critically ill neonates who often stay 40 days on average, in a hospital that emphasizes teamwork and cutting-edge neonatal care.
