Job Description:

This respiratory therapist role offers an engaging opportunity to work within a vibrant hospital setting, focusing on advanced NICU, PICU, and adult respiratory care. You'll assess, manage, and deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with complex cardiopulmonary disorders, including high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide administration, and high-risk deliveries. Daily tasks involve ventilator management, blood gas analysis, airway clearance, and procedural assistance such as intubations and decannulations. Expect to collaborate closely with a dedicated team across multiple units, providing specialized care for micro preemies and critically ill children and adults. The work is fast-paced but rewarding—think of it as keeping a steady heartbeat in a bustling medical symphony.
