This role involves working night shifts in a 24-bed medical unit specializing in General Medicine at a prominent hospital in Birmingham. The nurse will provide hands-on care to adult patients with diverse needs, overseeing patient monitoring, medication administration, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You'll be navigating the Cerner electronic medical record system and managing patient ratios of 1:6, ensuring smooth unit operations during your 12-hour overnight shifts.
