Job Description:

This cardiovascular procedure support role offers a hands-on experience in assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. As part of the team, you'll scrub into diagnostic, cardiac interventional, and peripheral procedures, helping ensure smooth operations and quality outcomes. The position involves caring for adult and geriatric patients before, during, and after examinations, with responsibilities spanning case recording, acting as a cardiac circulator, and assisting as a scrub, with ample opportunity to develop technical skills. You will also monitor patient conditions, perform point of care testing per CLIA guidelines, and ensure thorough documentation of all procedures, including labeling, recording system entries, and billing. Maintaining sterile techniques and infection control standards is essential. This assignment combines technical proficiency with teamwork—think of it as being the heartbeat of the procedure room, with a little extra spark of playfulness in the mix.
