Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a contract position in Polson, MT. This role involves floating between units as needed to support the labor and delivery department, focusing on caring for first-time mothers with a one-to-one or 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio. You'll work overnight night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing dedicated support during critical hours. The assignment offers a chance to experience a smaller, community-focused hospital setting in a scenic Montana location, where you'll be part of a tight-knit team delivering specialized maternity care. The position emphasizes hands-on patient support and collaboration within a 22-bed critical access hospital, utilizing Epic charting systems. Job Specifics:

Location: Polson, Montana
Shift: Night, 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
Duration: 36 hours per week for approximately 13 weeks
