Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical registered nurse on this night shift contract in Charleston, South Carolina. You’ll work in a 24-bed neuroscience-focused acute care unit, providing patient care in a versatile environment that includes general medicine depending on the neuroscience census. This role involves floating within scope to meet facility needs, working 3 night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a rotation that includes holidays and weekends. Your responsibilities will include maintaining patient safety, monitoring neurological status, and collaborating with a dedicated team. This assignment offers a blend of surgical expertise and general medicine, with opportunities to showcase neuro skills and expand your experience in a level I trauma and teaching hospital setting.
